A birth of a foodie
I'm fully recognized as a foodie! How you say? Well I make lots of side suggestions when I enter a restaurant and try out their menu. Vodka sauce is made when tomato sauce with bit of cream and vodka is cooked over the heat. When that happens the alcohol in the vodka burns away, but leaves a fresh flavor left in the sauce. The impact of the cream in the sauce is fresh and delicious.

Nice to meet you all! I'll be the next good source person for most awesome things to watch out for food!!!
Personally, I am a student currently enrolled in the prestigious California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. This is just a little project created by yours truly to see how many are really interested in the world of cuisine. I would just like to say there is lot to see and eat around the world. Starting today I will try to post some good recipes for all of you who loves to experiment with food.
