A birth of a foodie

I'm fully recognized as a foodie! How you say? Well I make lots of side suggestions when I enter a restaurant and try out their menu. Vodka sauce is made when tomato sauce with bit of cream and vodka is cooked over the heat. When that happens the alcohol in the vodka burns away, but leaves a fresh flavor left in the sauce. The impact of the cream in the sauce is fresh and delicious.
